Accounting Software Training

We are aware that on their own, some customers are happy to enter and process their business transactions using accounting software. But from our experiences, this is subject to unexpected errors and incorrect recording of transactions.

As a support to our customers, we are happy to offer personalise training on three specific accounting software.

Xero.
intuit QuickBooks.
Sage.

For our customers specifically, not to the public, at your request, we are happy to assist in organising training specific to the user. This training is to ensure our customers are conversant with the features and usage of the accounting software. Our reason for this is to ensure avoidable errors do not occur.

Our training in this area convers several areas and tailored to the specific need of each business user and could include:

Chart of account set up. Each business is unique, and the chart of account set up could have impact on the layout of the final account. We are happy to provide guidance to ensure correct structure is set up for your business.
Linking of business bank account and importing bank data unto your accounting software.
Guidance on processing and reconciling business transactions to ensure accounting records are up to date.

Assistance on set up of asset register. Asset is an important component of any business and accounting in general. We are happy to guide users on how asset can be set up and depreciation charges recorded appropriately.
Review of transactions. We also assist customers to review their entries, provide guidance on any observation and advice on the correct cause of action.
